6. Sewer Ð Barbara Mathies
A new Vibration
committee has been formed to protect residentsÕ issues during the sewer pipe
replacement.
The Committee

report directly to the EPRA Board.

7. Elbow Park Beautification
Elbow Drive
Negotiating with
Enmax over cost of wire removal
Upgraded Bollards
are being requested before proceeding with work.
26 Ð 28 bollards
would be installed within the community
Cost: $600
(incremental over the base model at $800)
Approximate total
cost: $16,000
Fundraising will be
required for addition $7,000 necessary to complete installation.
There are currently
enough funds to cover installation on Sifton Blvd.
Motion:
To dedicate $7,000
towards placing upgraded bollards throughout the community. The
EPRA will change
budget to defer Clubhouse Trail capital plan for upgraded bollards.

produced maps of prospective speed bumps for Elbow Park
Committee members
will be approaching households to sign off on the speed bumps if they are
located in front of their home.
