enough parking resulting in members using residential streets

Add significant number of additional parking stalls by building 260
stalls versus current 160 stalls.
A multi-level parkade where existing parking is. 4 levels will below ground, 5th
level will be street and 6th level will be above street.
All mature trees will stay which should shield parkade from residents
across street.
Membership: Will not increase but will
stay stable.
Currently House Membership is dropping and new members are not being
added.

the sewer project for one month causing the project to be put on hold.
Alberta Environment
may not allow the potential large outfall that results from using the larger
pipe and not dry pond.
New Board Members
are needed to work with the city and community on these issues.

Concern has been
raised on division of fields and separation of space between William Reid and
High School students (St. MaryÕs).

Three people have
expressed interest in participating in a committee.

Speed Humps, traffic
circles should be installed this construction season. This would complete the first phase of the traffic-calming
plan.
