Met with Talisman
Staff to review the brochure that will be distributed explaining the
beautification process.
Some fine-tuning
remains before distribution.

EPRA will make a
presentation to O & E showing support for the Wastewaters endorsing the
large pipe option vs. dry pond.
6. Development Ð B. Mathies
The Charter Project
is going to be started again.
A New Tree committee
has been formed. It will be
co-chaired by Jane Virtue &
Belinda McDowell.
An Open House is to
be held June 10th, 6:30 Ð 9:00 p.m.
7. Ball Hockey Ð B. Mathies / K. Foster
Several complaints
have been received from 2 families on 7th St.
A sign will be
posted at the Courts will all rules clearly stated.
The Glencoe will be
asked to lock the community courts when they lock up each night.
8. Treasurers Report Ð D. Ambrose
Revenues are up
slightly over budget.
Ring Lighter Grant
has been received - $345
Suncor Community
Grant - $1,000
Thanks to Dave
Mackie for putting forward Elbow Park Community to Suncor as a worthy recipient
of their grant program.
9. Traffic Ð D. Mackie
TT & P meeting
on 21/5/03 to approve Elbow Drive designation as a secondary route. City has built in a stipulation that
Elbow Drive will not become an alternative Truck Route.
Sifton Blvd: T-intersection to
be put in this summer
Speed Humps: neighbours are being approached to provide
approval for speed humps

front of their homes.
10. Block Watch Ð A. Kitchen
The program is
proceeding well but more captains are needed.
