Elbow Park Traffic Plan Approved by City



The Elbow Park Traffic Plan was approved by the Transportation, Transit and Parking Committee! It will not have to go to City Council for approval. The plan was approved to be implemented in 3 stages spread over 2003, 2004, 2005.
