The Glencoe Storm Sewer project is underway. The rains this summer did cause flooding in the lower parts of Elbow Park and did show the need for an upgraded sewer. The crossing of Elbow Drive is complete. The outfall into the Elbow River is completed. Final landscaping and cleanup will be completed this spring. The large catch basins installed at 30 Ave and 8 St will also be cleaned up and landscaped this spring/summer.
