Development Status

The table below outlines all Development Permit (DP), Subdivision (SB) and Land Use Change (LOC) applications received by the EPRA Development Review Committee since the beginning of 2025.

Although this table represents our best view of the application status, as of the “Last Updated Date” shown at the top, for the official DP or LOC application status please use the City’s Development Map and enter the specific DP or LOC number. To see if a DP or LOC application has been Approved by the City please go to the City’s Public Notices website and enter the specific DP or LOC number or address in the search box that says “Enter an address or community name”. Please note that DP appeals must be launched within 21 days of the Approval date shown under Public Notices. LOC applications require a City Council Public Hearing prior to a decision and cannot be appealed.  

SB application status is not available on any City website and can only be determined through the Contact Planning & Development website via the contact info under the “Planning Services Centre” section. SB application decisions are not posted on Public Notices and only the applicant can appeal a subdivision decision.
