  • Please contact the city by calling 311 or through the 311 Calgary mobile app. Their Joint Encampment Team will be dispatched to remove the encampment and connect the individuals involved with the appropriate social services.

    Alpha House, a local non-profit, can also be contacted. Their encampment team is another fantastic resource.

  • Alpha House Society is a non-profit, charitable agency providing safe and caring environments for individuals whose lives are affected by alcohol and other substance dependencies.

    Alpha house can be engaged to assist with homeless individuals offering support and shelter. Their contact information can found here.

  • Contacting the city to report suspicious activity is essentially to ensuring the city has the data it needs to allocate scarce police resources and provide a clear picture of what is happening in our community.

    For non-emergencies please contact 311, for emergencies please call 911.

  • The Agent Status Program authorizes the Calgary Police Service to act on your behalf when trespassers are on your property.

    It is available to commercial and multi-unit residential properties.
